For Treaty to hit oil in commercial quantities with the first well in a new exploration area where oil has not yet been found and without doing seismic would be extremely rare. You would need to be extremely lucky. Not saying it can't happen but the odds would be very thin, and almost unheard of.


He is kinda wishi washi as we know but for TD to say their's a possibility than there has to be. Now if you were to ask him about it he'd deny ever posting that. In fact he has. LMFAO
