If these mass amounts of shares being dumped below $0.02 are in direct conflict with PF's IPO contract, then CC has a fiduciary resposibility to file suit against him and his mother - but CC just continues to say that no new shares are being diluted...same old same old from CC and no action leads me to believe that there is a pay off for allowing this deplorable situation to continue...
