I'm literally laughing my ass off after just reading your post!  Sometimes we put LOL or FLMAO but I'm telling you that I am literally laughing and smiling!  I can look in the mirror and I completely agree with you.  I'd be fired after the first rant which would take me the first ten minutes in charge of IR.
