yes, I'm familiar with law in this area. You would have to have those convictions in order to attack under RICO because if you didn't, possible counter suit would leave you open to too much liability to risk it. Also cost on perusing a RICO case is is plenty when most likely the regular civil case would dispose of all of their assets anyway. That's even with a small judgment.

I don't know if they can even withstand the cost of a defense. What will happen is the petitioner with money will have to pay for the rest.
