NewTrader,  have you listened to the CC and read any of the 2012 PR's or most recent 2012 3rd 10Q?  I know, I know, I know! It's old information and "TECO is moving forward".  I recommend that you don't read any of it.  I suggest just reading the message boards and letting the sunshine brightly on all the positive news and defintetly don't read the upcoming 10K soon to arrive in a theater near you.  If you read any of this older information then you will end up TECO bi-polar and cynical like me!
