I'm drinking my 2nd cup of coffee, Starbucks Sumatra dark roast while working and posting.  Who knows what the MM's are thinking.  I think I asked coolnapz a while back if the MM's perform DD the companies they create a market for and I think his answer was "no".  IMO it just depends on how many bids from buyers are stacked at .02 and based on the MM's willingness to sell them at that price.  They also need to keep their hedgy shorting friends happy who might be closing out their short positions and want .0175's, .017's or better later today. .
