First post on Ih.

Hello to all.

I was introduced to this board by members of Ihub (my alias there is firsttimepennyman) and I have read every post written here on HIMR.  I have a position in HIMR and would like to add to it in the near future. I would like to thank all those who have done a tremendous amount of DD and shared it on the board. I will not mention individual names as not to leave anyone out.

I do however want to offer my condolences to GM's family.

Regarding HIMR. I haven't seen an adequate answer in regard to the Class C shares. (Maybe someone did explain it but I missed it). What was the explanation from the company? Were they are aware of it? Isn't it like giving a blank checkbook full of signed checks? Where they duped into this situation? Will it change after they receive concessions?

If someone can please enlighten me I would appreciate it.
