IENT has NEVER been a previously failed something else company. Founded in 1996 by JW Stealey it is a rare internet survivor. JW took it to the NASDAQ, sold to a venture company, bought it back and has spent years cleaning up the mess left by the venture company.
In late Nov, IENT merged with Great Outdoors LLC, a company founded by Danny Hammett. Danny founded HEAD GAMES, took it to the NASDAQ and then sold out to Activision where he was a VP for over 6 yrs. He is now the CEO of IENT. JW Stealy founded IENT in 1996, took it to the NASDAQ and then sold out to a venture firm who nearly destroyed it. JW and his friends bought enough stock in 1999 to regain control and he has spent years cleaning up the mess. Debt has been reduced and all the games have been updated to work on all the mobile devices. JW is now the COB.
This merger gave IENT the best management team of any OTC company, both men have over 20 yrs of executive experience in the video gaming industry.
Danny created BIG GAME HUNTER for Cabelas that has produced over $2BILLION.
