I don't want to see the company putting any money into a buyback at this point.  Let's stick to the business at hand.  Use our funds to move current projects along, start some new ones, get SEC filings 10K, 10Q, 8K's taken care of.

If Belize is somewhere near 50 barrels per day would get us moving quickly.  Anything beyond that I believe will get us at or above where we were in January of 2012.  Imagine what 4, 5, 6,10, 25 wells like that will produce for us, and where we would be price wise.
