Geo doesnt claim this in their Texas complaint but the recent allegation is that Geo is co-owner of  the powerscreen -w Geos proof being essentially that jimmy pressured the seller of the equip to add Geo  as co-owner via a phone call- probably many harrassing phone calls

which of course is not proof-seller is not a court and when pressured via phone calls-probably numerous based on my experience w these types of operators -finally added Geo as co-owner on its invoice because seller just wants to get equip out the door and get paid
