If you look at the price tag attached to the exclusive rights to this particular patent, one has to conclude that there are many things a brewin' that spell out beaucoup $$$ for the company within the next 12 months. Koos cannot default on this. I mean,he could but he wont.
I hate to speculate, but all my reading and chit-chats tell me that a not-so little European BP has a keen interest in this particular leg of the research.
There might be a bit more dilution, but a R/S would kill the company and any credibility Koos has established. Seriously, look at the price tag...the negotiations for this were not just pulled out of thin air with a promise to deliver--Koos has something up his sleeve.
