Where is the Cirque Energy merger? PR said one thing but the 10Q posted after it says something different.

iHub poster linked the State of Florida business license but why is the name unchanged if they merged with Cirque?

Waiting on the landfill purchase to close but why was it bought and PRed under Green Energy and not Cirque if there was a merger BEFORE the landfill auction?
