It's unfortunate, but OODH CEO, Randy Hoff, appears to not be who he said he was. While doing all of my DD, I ran into a few people who sent me emails and phone calls who say they have never dealt with him.

For instance, the executive producer of the film, "The Man Who Saved The World", called me (his name is Mark Romeo). After speaking to Mr. Romeo he told me Randy called him to invest in the film, after signing a non-disclosure agreement, Statement Film decided to not work with Mr. Hoff.

Mr. Hoff then released the PR stating he was the Executive producer of the film as well as trying to link himself to be Orion Pictures, which is also not true. Orion Pictures has since been notified as well and will be taking legal action.

Complaints have been filed with the SEC as well as the Nevada Attorney General. At this point, OODH will be lucky to not be suspended from trading all together.
