Float is pretty much locked up. The majority of the restricted portion of the OS is owned by Chris Clarke the CEO which as you known is always best for shareholders to have the CEO own 64% of OS. 5M of restricted were given to XSKN as part of that acquisition/ business deal.
We are good here. Just need audited fins and S-1 and then its merger valuation time and the share price will quickly move to the correct market cap which is much much higher in PPS, likely 25-30 times higher than current PPS IMO !
