Well that may be, and I am not arguing with you but FINS come out in three weeks anyway so I don't see him ungagging the TA.  He has NEVER said that he was doing it to reduce cost, by the way.  I'm sure we will see the OS increased by 100M or so, but my shares are long and comfortable so I can reconcile a 100-150M O/S increase with the asset lines in the next two 10Qs.
