this is just sad.  I was almost dump F3 at big loss around .002's  in March then the annoucement of $2 million.  That got me to hold off and add more at .0016     Frank replied to my email said the first tranche was to received late March or early April.  If he didn't state that and that was not during the CC, I would had been gone.  I feel misleaded and lied to.  I believe in the company's products and Frank's intention to take this company upward.  However the way it deals with financing is just poor.  They spent so much money last year going to trade shows and such, no good result to generate money.  Should they spend money on perfecting FargoTube, it might had been a better avenue to go.   I surely want to know what happened to that $2 million deal.  Who failed who or was it just a lie.
