Lumberg, I don't think you have to worry about Lieberman selling the additional shares he just minted.  Instead, look for an even larger R/S ratio as the most likely outcome.  Your shares are already worthless as you just stated, but they will become even less so, and the will to fight will slowly drain from your body.  This is the ultimate goal now.  Keep investors in the dark until they grow tired and give up.  Say nothing and do nothing is the motto.  A second hand rumor ginned up some, but the realization of what is happening has begun to sink in.  Yet, where is the lawsuit from the "trusted few" who knew all because William met with them secretly and whispered sweet nothings in their ears during private phone calls?   Not a peep, and not a word from any one of them is what you see.  I find this curious, since they claimed all along their stories were all true.  But once again, a story is just a story, and the unwitting were sucked in.
