So let's try this out for size. Let's say that someone has come across EMMER'S  1181 shares and has decided to borrow them to use them to short. Let's also say they are so deeply involved with this short it into the cellar box thing they think it's a good target. Let's face it. TelVue has not made any money up to six months ago. What better target ?? So he shorts at $14.00 and waits to make his money. Now Emmer comes along and asks for 5 or 6 thousand dollars a share. I do not know if our shorter must find other shares or if he allowed to continue his contract.
Will they be offered this morning ?? Well it does not matter. Since no one will be buying 100 or more nothing changes and they only have 8 day left and two of those days are week-end days.  Will TDAmeriturd stop excepting sell orders thousands above the last price like everyone else does.
It does not matter. They can shake rattle and roll and they can not escape this one.  
Did they just flash that out there to stop you from getting any of the $25.00 shares. Don't want to buy at $25.00 it there is a chance  for $14.00. OH WELL.
