Don't even think "buy back" at this time or for that matter any time in the foreseeable future.  Baltia Airlines needs $ now to get it through the certification, and then once that is done, for GROWTH.  They will not be "buying back stock".  Any dollars that come into the company will be used for expansion.  Those dollars will go towards buying planes.....................
