CWRN  filed Calif case 9-5-12 because Geo et al reportedly refused all opportunities at settlement-Geo never appeared in Ca case til now and I would think they had waived all rights by now- thus entry of default -not same as default judgment but a precursor -was entered Dec 2012

so the long scheduled June 7 hearing looked like might be the judgment-ridiculous for defendants to wait til June 7 to pull an ex parte stunt-they were served back ca Sept 2012--which is probably a delaying tactic-all these things are bizarre-obviously no mediation is possible and this has been before the court since Sept 2012

Geo et al dont want a Ca judgment for scores of millions-which Texas court would have to enforce-before Texas case resolution
