The first time I saw a wheat ship loading I was sure it was iron ore.  I ask one of the port employees what it was loading and he said it was loading "BREAD".  It took me several tries to get him to give me the correct translation.  It was loading WHEAT.  He also told me that they load wheat once or twice a month.
