Emmer may be out spoken and does not like some of the things that have happened to TelVue but I have touched base with him and he said it is not him. Otto is a man of his word and if he says no then that is the end of that. Troubling that it should be the exact number of shares. We will see how this plays out. TelVue wins this one no matter how these thieves move.
