I'm certain they won't promote it either.  How do you promote a stock with qty 2 late filings and an  Involuntary BK?  I'm tiring of the pumps while the PPS still recovers from a 0088 low and yet many here still need a double or better from these levels to break even.  Usually volume precedes price increase so where is the volume.  3mm shares traded/day is nothing with this OS!  The market doesn't seem to care about how much oil is currently being pumped and I question "WHY?"   Probably the same old credibility issues.
