You are correct that the judge actually has tomorrows hearing as a show cause hearing.He could rule that the filing was not done properly and dismiss it.The lawyer in this case is well know to this judge and has not fared well so far.With that b.eing said I think the judge will be very cautious but will rule in the favor of Teco as again none of the claimants have a claim.In my opinion they went on a fishing trip to see if others would take the bait and join
