.Do all of you realize that it would be highly unlikely for the judge to issue his ruling from the bench.He will most likely hear the arguments and then give a written ruling shortly after tomorrows hearing.I have been in courts many times and never seen a ruling from the bench.The judge will want to make sure his ruling will stand up to a appeal,which will happen with the group we are dealing with.All of us should be secure in this fact alone which is that none of the claimants have any type of claim against Treaty,That could only happen if they sued in a different court and proved their claim and in this case all of these would fail in my opinion.
