According to you "Treaty did not use the data to locate SJ3 either" but according to Treaty, here in Belize, SJ #3 was located on a high on that seismic line.
Not sure the date of the CC you mention, but the 2013 DEVELOPMENT PLAN submitted to GoB in January 2013 (see figure 4 on page
showed the old seismic lines in the San Juan area of interest.
San Juan #3 was spudded March 14th - well after that.
Just facts.
