Natalie has made her goals very clear with $DUSS as per her PR to shareholders in Jan/2013
Shareholders are in good hands IMO
A reporting company with a low share structure is very attractive as a reverse merger candidate for a solid public company.
All you need to do is offer restricted shares off of the AS and bring in
Instant Value of the new entity.
It's a win win for both current shareholders and the new entity.
They would both grow together.
Our pps would immediately move to its new perceived value based on value and growth potential.
The key is to find a worthy candidate.

Monday, Apr 29, 2013 (80,503,304 shares traded) between 0.0021 and 0.0012
Friday, Apr 26, 2013 (168,790,832 shares traded) between 0.0025 and 0.0013
On those 2 days above alone over 80% of our float traded at or above .0013.
Our base is higher and much stronger than the last run.
