From all the reading i have been able to comprehend, it appears every time there is a response needed i believe it resets the 30 day calendar. Of course that doesnt mean they will take all 30 days to respond.

I looked at a page on the FDA site to see how they were budgeted for sequestration and it appears that there budget is higher this year, so i hope that reflects on the speed in which the FDA works, Of course it is a government agency, and if these people are anything like the people i saw in the IRS office during my audit.......

i wouldn't be banking on news before the 30 day........just sayin
