Not only is it the FIRST SHM for NTEK.....They plan to release up to date Q2 Numbers at the meeting....
If you remember when they released Q1 numbers,
they also REDUCED the SHARE STRUCTURE another 42mm Shares which
Brought their 2013 total number of RETIRED SHARES to 238mm with more rumored to follow to get the Float from its current 545mm down to 475mm OR LESS....NTEK
