PPS is all that matters to me at this point.  How TECO gets there and how long it takes is yet to be seen.  Mitchell no. 3's numbers was a disappointment IMO based on the hype from the CC and some of the pumping and I don't mean oil.  If we get 80 BPD then I suppose I'm satisfied. If less than 80 BPD then much less talking and much more pumping needs to occur.  There has been so much "this might happen and that might happen" on this stock versus what in reality does happen;  that I take all "with a grain of salt".   .017 if focking attrocious compared to historical share prices and needs to start moving NOW!  I've never seen more work done  over three years with so little results to a PPS!
