I agree JB.  If TigerLynk is the only game in town, then they must come to Hollund to play.  I can easily see some big money players coming to the table once the first TigerLynk is ready for operation.  Right now, the premium timber is largely all found underwater because all the remaining ancient forests are either nearly logged out or protected from logging.  So there simply is no other place to go.
