I agree except that the hundreds of folks I know who want to buy $HHSE simply will not do so until they are OTCQB. Many folks I know simply do not and will not buy pinks. So the audit is important in terms of new and big buyers, especially mutual funds and hedge funds who cannot buy until they are OTCBB. Let's hope Eric and Fred understand that. 25 cents plus is doable with sec reporting based on a whole new class of quality investors who will buy in. There are 10 times more savvy investors who read sec filings and barely if ever read message boards. Just saying.
