Okay, CDFT hasn't actually shown any improvement. They haven't showed 4 million of assets on the balance sheet. Nor have they showed that they have no debt. Your really need to learn how to read financial statments. The CEO should get payed. Have you not listened to any of the conference calls at all? Do you know how everything works? Oh wait you don't because you refuse to talk to any of us.
