When you learn how to read a filing, know what debt, equity, reliaze that you cant short a penny stock (try it sometime) and requirements for uplist are then maybe you will understand. Right now you are believing a bunch of BS put out by REAL promoters. All of these company's are broke. You doubted me once and saw your investment fall to the .0002's (but at least you got a misspelled piece of paper). I am the only one not hiding and WANT the company to announce a conversation with me and everyone on the phone to listen. But they won't.
