2012 Annual Financials - Release date: Attempting to new deadline – Thursday June 13th , 2013 before Market close.

UPDATE ON FINANCIALS: Enrolled Agent (EA) Karen’s Tax & Financial Services (Member FINRA) was unable to prepare our financials by the deadline we set, and… we can’t even make this stuff up… she decided to take a two week vacation to Europe starting tomorrow! She did, however, make an appointment for ORION DHC, Inc on June 12th, 2013 and we are going to make sure we get something out the following day…come hell or high water! This is obviously an unfortuante situation and our shareholders are welcome to call Karen’s Tax & Financial Services to confirm this delay. Her office number is: (530) 626-1540
