I feel you, my point was that I know a few people that sold today and that equated to over 3 million shares. You are right that VERT is used a lot but not only by companies. The reason VERT, ETRF, NITE and ARCA are used a lot is because higher end trading accounts can route through them for free.

VERT isn't always the big bad wolf and neither is ARCA like some suggest.
