Looks like typical court gibberish-remember there is a hearing in the CWRN case against Geo in CA June 7-where since geo has not even appeared to defend and an entry of default against geo was entered ca Dec 1,2012,and thus the court could award CWRN scores of millions actual and punitive damages- Geos Texas case may partly be an effort to have something to offset against that Ca judgment
