One of my favorite ice breakers for new folks here at OFA is this:

This video is an answer to that question for OFA as an organization -- just who are we, and where are we going?
Take a look -- then pass it along to the extra-terrestrials (or, maybe more realistically, friends and neighbors) in your life that you think should get involved, and ask them to join the team:
