Belize News Updates on the Court Case requesting a stay of the injunction.
The case continues on Tuesday 11th June 2013, the judge has ruled dismissing the application by Oceana and others to introduce an expert witness, the Government of Belize have withdrawn the letters from Providence Energy and Princess Petroleum which would have required that witness - but there has been no ruling yet on the Government's application to stay the injunction.
