IMO 30 BPD is a start but not enough to move the manipulators.  Bull also mentioned a few days back that we need ONE, TWO, THREE and then the market will take notice.  Only  high volume and consistent pounding will move the PPS north.  Maybe we see .02 by Friday but we need buyers.  Now if Belize can be announced then KABOOM and back to a dime IMO but we might have one, two and three before that happens.  Who knows with so many variables.
