It is obvious English isn't his first language or he is mildly retarded....no offense to those suffering any form of mental retardation. I haven't seen a single post or PM that made any logical sense. Quite obvious he or his team pose no risk to TECO or its shareholders. Maybe he has already been hit several times by Bull's Hammer.
