The filing on Archer was only to allow there attorney to have the right to listen to the proceedings.They have not filed a suit and are not threatening to as of now.They are only looking to see what is up.

Bottom line on this bullshit filing is that none of the claimants have a proven claim of any type.All of these people would need to file suit in the proper court,then win the suit,then give the company at least 30 days to pay the judgement prior to ever getting to the point they have attempted to jump to.
