Merger with SOFTWAVERADIO, INC.  Discovered on $TCPS

SOFTWAVERADIO, INC. was started by the founders of tcps....pignatello met with them last week...he wants to file a 15-12g..why? to set the stage to have software inc merge in...they then file a name change...boom now tcps does not exist and neither do the 6 years of filing...new company...they start over in pinks fresh...file what they need to and in 5-6 months they uplist to ammex was started by the dudes of tcps....
