GM, the last I looked it was all sells.  So yes, this would indicate someone is dumping or converting shares because the volume is so high.  It is not likely individual investors would have this many shares to sell at a loss.  However, if this is Hollund raising money for its first concession, it could be a good thing.  Right now, one should be cautious.
