Probably not. They have financial ppl who handle their money and those ppl are in charge of maintaining funds, not really growing them. I mean once someone gets rich you don't try to take risks and get rich again.. You just try to slowly grow your wealth. There are a lot safer ways to do that than playing penny stocks.
