I understood your post and I am in complete agreement. The creditors are treating this case they brought before a federal magistrate like a small claims action. I doubt the judge is taking them seriously when they don't have an attorney of record.

Since they failed to comply with the filing procedures by not filing the proof of service with the court demonstrating to the judge they don't know what they are doing I believe he will dismiss the case.

However, if the case is heard the creditors will have to prove the two conditions in my post which I don't believe they can.
