TDCH Solid and Capitalized until year 6/14 !!!!

Company received $105,000 in cash from the sale of 300,000 shares of Strategic Environmental and Energy Resources, Inc. which were included in Assets of Discontinued Operations. To fund working capital for the remainder of the year ending June 30, 2013 and in the year ending June 30, 2014, the Company expects to raise capital and to improve the results of operations from increasing revenue as well as a reduction in operating costs.
