I think based on their FB entry we could see tix sales in September and revenue flights by November.  Now, this was not a PR release but a response in their FB page.  But it came from Baltia.  A reflection in the PPS would not show up yet.  Only savvy investors will pick up on that remark and start to accumulate shares.
