That means Baltia Air Lines anticipates being airborne sometime between September 22 and December 21.  I can live with that.......although up to know I was setting my own personal target date as of 10/31 (kind of somewhere in the middle).

As for pps......still trading at the book value of the company (roughly .02) since investor confidence is still somewhat shaky.

Investor confidence will, of course, increase as we get closer to the end of the certification process, as Baltia Air Lines begins Press Releases announcing its success, and as Baltia begins its advertising campaign in earnest in anticipation of ticket sales...............
