I can see this is a good thing.  I believe it was mutual, as someone expressed, Mizer has other interests.  Perhaps Koos is looking to have more control over day to day operations.  Perhaps this is an indication of big deals, and anticipation of certain big events coming out soon.

I think Koos is just prepping himself and the company for these things, and just wants to be in teh right position.  When the hammer falls.

Thats how I perceive it, just my humble opinion
